Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Zabrali. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Zabrali operates a marketplace platform. Individual sellers — not Zabrali — list products, set prices, and fulfill orders unless we state otherwise for a specific program.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our community standards.

You may browse listings, save items, and purchase products subject to availability and seller policies shown at checkout. You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform, interfere with other users, or attempt unauthorized access.

• Do not list or purchase prohibited items
• Do not engage in fraud, chargeback abuse, or harassment
• Do not circumvent fees, taxes, or safety controls

When you place an order, you offer to purchase at the displayed price plus applicable taxes and shipping. Payment is processed by our payment partners (including Stripe). Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance if inventory or verification fails.

Digital goods may be delivered automatically or manually per the listing. Physical goods ship according to seller-stated handling times and carriers. Instant digital downloads and access tokens are fulfilled when delivery or access begins, as described below under returns and refunds.

Zabrali's brand, software, and site content are protected. Sellers retain rights to their listings and media; buyers receive rights only as stated in the listing or applicable license. Report infringement concerns to [email protected].

Return eligibility and refund timing are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Zabrali may mediate disputes between buyers and sellers but does not guarantee outcomes for third-party seller actions.

For instant digital downloads or access tokens, sales are considered final once download or access has commenced, except as required by applicable law or as stated in our buyer protection policies and Returns & Refunds Policy.

You may close your account from Account Settings, subject to completing open orders and legal retention requirements. We may suspend access for violations, risk, or legal requests.

The platform is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Zabrali disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed.

To the extent permitted by law, Zabrali's aggregate liability arising from your use of the marketplace is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid to Zabrali for the transaction giving rise to the claim in the prior twelve months or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the marketplace will be brought in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or province of residence require a different forum or provide non-waivable rights.
