Answers before you ask
Do I have to pay to get started?
No. You can open a free account and explore the seller dashboard straight away. When you're ready to publish listings and take payments, you choose Starter or Pro.
How does the commission-free CA$500 work?
Your first CA$500 in sales is commission-free. It counts all your sales together, not each listing on its own. Once you pass it, commission is 10% on Starter or 8% on Pro, on every sale from then on.
What is the payment processing fee?
Every card payment has a small processing fee, typically ~2.9% + 30¢ per sale. It comes out of each sale, including the ones in your commission-free CA$500. Because part of it is a flat amount, it takes a slightly bigger bite out of small sales.
What if a buyer disputes a payment?
We'll let you know and ask for your evidence. If the dispute is lost, the disputed amount is taken back from your payouts.
Where can I sell from?
Selling is available in a limited set of countries. You confirm yours when you start, and it can't be changed afterwards.
