The small print, in plain words
Is it really free for two months?
You pay no plan fee while your complimentary Pro access lasts. The payment processing fee still applies to any sales you make.
Who can apply?
Sellers with an existing store who open a new Zabrali account that has never had a paid plan. Our team reviews every application and approves it by hand, so it isn't instant. We may change or withdraw the offer.
What happens after the two months?
When your complimentary access ends, you choose a paid plan to keep your listings live.
Do I have to close my other store?
No. Keep selling where you are and try Zabrali alongside it.
What is the payment processing fee?
Every card payment has a small processing fee, typically ~2.9% + 30¢ per sale. It comes out of each sale, including the ones in your commission-free CA$500. Because part of it is a flat amount, it takes a slightly bigger bite out of small sales.
Where can I sell from?
Selling is available in a limited set of countries. You confirm yours when you start, and it can't be changed afterwards.
